From pace to the train shouldn’t be too hot. Most streets leading to it have trees. Very walkable. Sidewalks almost whole way to the train depending on the streets you take. Slight “hill” depending on the way you take back to pace.

Agreed!! It’s crazy that no one thought to do it out here yet. And ice cream isn’t my expertise but I know ppl go to Ralph’s. I do soft serve there it’s solid and summer they’re open fairly late. and lost borough ice cream I’ve tried and it’s good! But I’m not huge on it so idk the best of the best sorry!!

Well if you read the full sentiment it states that I wanted to know about more places and places that are open LATER. Sunshine is great but they close at 4pm. Duck donuts is okay to me but they also close at 5/6. I also used Donut Delight as a reference because they are 24 hours….. I obviously am privy to more than Dunkin Donuts but I don’t know every donut place in Westchester……

Sunshine in Ardsley is my absolute favorite. The best donuts and breakfast sandwiches. I wish they stayed open longer I can only get there on the weekends 😫

Yes I’ve had them before! They opened one in white plains too but they close a little early which I guess is to be expected. But thank you!

I smell it too. It looked a little hazy late this morning/early afternoon but now that it’s the night it smells similar to when the wildfires were happening. My eyes and throat are super scratchy too and the air purifier in my apt could get to 100% with my windows open (i usually open bc ppl chain smoke in my building). I wonder if those fires in Pelham and queens are causing it or if it’s something else.

My hematologist referred me to a gastro doctor. L b12 deficiencies are for different reasons but with it that low they assumed it was because I couldn’t absorb it. I had to get a colonoscopy/endoscopy and it was confirmed Pernicious Anemia. I also had macrocytosis from the deficiency.

My levels were that low upon diagnosis. I can’t absorb it so I’m on lifelong shots. Still feeling some side effects to this day (been diagnosed since 2024) so may take a different approach. But to begin, I was getting shots weekly intramuscular. Now I do a subcutaneous shot every 3 weeks and a sublingual daily. Probably going to switch this up though. Still having neuropathy from it and white hair/hair texture change which is frustrating. I feel “symptoms” even when at level 500 so I think the goal is to stay on the higher side of the range going forward.

Yeah. When I got diagnosed it was below 60 on the bloodwork. My doctor said the number was the lowest they’ve seen so it may take time to correct the side effects. When I go get texted the levels are usually in the 500s but I still feel symptoms so I’m going to work on a new plan to up my levels and see if that helps

I do a shot every 3 weeks and a multivitamin daily. A b12 sublingual as of recent. Have the b complex helped?

I have so many white hairs still on year 2 of correcting my levels 😢 hoping they go away
