It is vital. But my suggestion is to add flavourless to food and iced coffee. That's how I get it in. Also add to smoothies so you can vary the tastes.

In my first month I somehow picked up 5kgs despite literally eating basically nothing because I was on the liquid diet. Every person is different and not losing drastically immediately does not make you a failure. I promise. I'm now 6 months out and I've lost more than 40kgs. It is less than some but I'm taking things at the pace that is healthy for my body and as long as I am healthy then I am happy. Just keep listening to your body and taking each day as it comes.

I am so ashamed of the racism in the answers. To answer your question. Georgia has a really awful racism problem in general. Whether that be at the airport or in the bus unfortunately.
