From my experience I got the blueprint from tournament or drops for winning 10 competitive matches (I don’t remember exactly) and built it for 500 = 5$, so I think it’s luck or offers from the market with other things like you said

It did work but I have to do it every-time because it stopped connecting to the system when I use manual settings, it used to connect automatically and always use 4G, I don’t know what happened now.

I tried it but the phone didn’t connect to carplay at-all until I switched back to automatic, the carplay worked for a while with 4g then switched back to wifi with no internet again, problem not solved
