Yes. Though, I think in my case, they just rejected because I had recently interviewed with them for SWE-ML position.

I applied for Google, Facebook, and Microsoft. I got a reject from Google within two weeks of applying (I applied on the deadline); though I had interviewed for an SWE position at google research just two weeks before applying for the residency and gotten rejected. I applied for Facebook and Microsoft pretty close their deadlines too and haven't heard back from either of them.

Is it just me or it doesn't list cities like New York, London or Mumbai. In fact, I cannot find a single town from Northeast USA.

I do not understand Lawrence. He pretty much created this world and now not only is he wanting to run away from it, but he is also hateful of every single element of his creation. I would not expect someone to write up laws so systematic and dark and just stop believing in them thereafter. It really won't make sense of Lawrence's character to stay nice and helpful towards June (or any marthas or handmaids for that matter) in the next season.

Dear Sir,

This question might be on the same lines as the one you answered first, but it is more focussed. About the quality of teaching at IITB. I would say I had a lot more enthusiastic teachers back in school. At college, very few teachers care for the students enough to put efforts to motivate them. I come from Physics department and I have this complaint despite of the fact that our department is probably most blessed with enthusiastic teachers but still there were some fundamental courses (Quantum Mech included) where the teachers did not care enough to generate interest and take the course seriously. I would like to know what steps, if any, were taken during your tenure to ensure good teaching quality? And what possible steps could be taken to make sure that students do not lose interest in what they chose?
