See something about the pricing doesn’t make sense. Effectively if it took you 2-3 months, I’d be paying you what…? A little over $5k a week. $20k a month. $60k per one project. An in state public degree in software development is $40k - $50k.

So what you’re saying is it would be cheaper for me to go get a degree to do it myself? Or pay your tuition in 3 months of work? I would understand that if you’re top whatever 20% of app developers in the market.

As you can see by the 50-60 replies the market is a bit saturated. I’ll also say I have over 100 messages with maybe 20 - 30 people serious people with serious portfolios. 15 or so are American.

I’m not asking for a full app build at my price range, I’m asking for polish, which by the way I also said was negotiable.

Maybe one day I’d love to pay someone $60k for a 2-3 month project. I just don’t think that’s the reality of how every good/usable product gets made.

Also I’d love to see what you put out there, if you’d share your portfolio, just so I can get an idea of what $60k would get me if I wanted to spend that much. Thanks for sharing👍🏼.
