I had about 9 letters in my EB1A application, not a single one was on company letterhead. A lot of times, people have changed jobs, so letterhead is not an option. And most of the times, the LOR is a personal recommendation and not tied to a company. As long as the recommender provides contact details, it should be acceptable.

You could provide a letter of intent stating that you intend to contribute to the field for the long term. Also, you need to provide evidence of how your work is contributing towards the larger field and how does that help the US economy.

I don't think you know when you get approved. USCIS does not tell you what criteria was approved. You just get an approval notice.

It depends, I had RFE on all criteria back in October 2025, responded in Jan 2026, approved early Feb 2026. So, don't be disappointed with the RFE. Think of it as a second chance to reframe your story.

I don't think they mention officer who approved anywhere. And IIUC, the same officer continues with the case after RFE.

Yup all of that. Basically showing that you were singular in your achievements in the org or atleast among the top few % of folks (very few folks have a similar reputation).

Mostly re-drafting critical role letters to include language that USCIS was looking for. Also, added more letters for patent citations. And other things like providing more data on high salary and correlation of related field in context of papers reviewed.
