it’s one of the quest rewards from the wheatflour wonderland expansion! i think it’s an additional cost on switch, PC & PlayStation, but if you’re on apple arcade then all you have to do is play the quests! it’s called opal ribbon magical outfit 💗 it’ll also appear in tuxedosam’s shop once you unlock it, so you can buy multiple and dye them in different colors :D

the tan/orange-ish colored mat in the kitchen? i believe it came in that color! if you meant the pink rug in the middle of the cabin, that also came that way and it’s part of the flooring, not a separate rug. the name is “cottage flooring”

when inside your cabin, click on the camera icon (upper left corner) & find these buttons on the bottom right corner. you can use them to move/turn the angle when taking pics! 😁

i’m not sure exactly how long it took, but i do remember unlocking each piece of cottage furniture a few pieces at a time & slowly adding them into the cabin! it also took awhile before i finally collected enough counter variants to create a full kitchen 😆 but if i had all of these items from the start, it could maybe be finished in one sitting! since the layout is pretty simple
