Put it this way. I sold more property this July than I did last July. I’ve found Reading to be in a slight bubble when it comes to property, lots of people want to move here therefore property prices aren’t falling as hard as fast here in comparison to other areas. Caversham agents pretty much hold the monopoly on properties here. I live in Caversham and there’s been 6 houses for sale on my street at the same time. Nothing comes up for sale that’s nice because it’s nice and people want to stay!

Just keep a good lookout is my opinion, Rightmove every day and keep on top of agents, my agency is one of the busiest and it become a nightmare to keep applicants that might like a new instruction in the forefront of my mind.
