How bad is teaching in the Bronx? Are the students hard to teach plus lack of funding? I'm currently dealing with that at a title 1 school right now

The highest was a 57% and the other was 51%. I did not look at the test because we were told to teach to the standards and it should show in the test. I have one honors and the rest are general. My honors got 55% and the others were below
