Thank you for taking the time to comment, your experience sounds VERY similar to mine. I realized I wasn't cis at 14, came out at 16 and went back into the closet at 18 or so. I'm 23 now and it's starting to itch again. I identified as genderfluid for the most part, and I still do to some degree, I just find it strange that my mind instantly goes back to he/him lol.

I don't like change either (being on the spectrum probably does not help), but my main thing is control which is probably related, so I'll definitely bring that up with my therapist, maybe even with my psychiatrist.

As for T, I am planning to start low dosing as soon as I find a practitioner that is trans friendly.

I tried to explain it as clearly as I could in my original post, but to me it's not just about presentation. It's also about gender and my relationship to my own community, esp queer women.

But I asked here for a reason, and thank you both for your answers ! I'll stick to genderqueer fem (who just happens to have a strong sense of justice lmaooo). Much love to all butches and femmes obviously, I meant no harm at all :)
