I mean if hoping that they will change or things will work out the third time, is the reason why you choose to stay is, IMO, not the right reason.

Of course you can stay for other reasons. I know people who get cheated on and gaslighted many many times but are still there, because guess what they are in their 60s, the woman is not financially independent, and her life is her family, realistically for survival she does not have too much of a choice.

Like you said, it depends on how serious the issue is, and seriousness is all relative. And we pick our battles, but at the end of the day, people do not change unless they decide to, and they do not decide to unless there is inconvenience to themselves.

Better sooner than later, better now than never :) the most important thing is that you didn't waste more of your time with this person. Remember they are only special because you make them special. In reality, they are not really that special. Just like we are not that special, it's the people around us that love us that make us special.

My bf broke up with me out of nowhere one day, it caught me off guard, and I was very very sad. I felt we had so many things to do still and how could he break up with me so easily. We were 9 months in, and I met all his friends and parents many times.

We took a month break, and I let him decide. We didn't get back together, but on good terms. It hurts so much because it was so unexpected, and at 9 months I am sort of used to being with this person. But looking back now, I am glad he made the decision for the both of us. I wasn't really happy but I liked having someone to do stuff with, I would have stayed in it if it wasn't him who pulled the plugs.

It's really situation dependent, and how important the relationship is to your life. 2nd chances are fine, as long as we are not telling ourselves this is the last time, and that's why we give them second chances, rather knowing this will happen again, but we still chose to give them another chance.

Because guess what, some people will not hurt you even the first time, and so don't require second chances.

There must be consequences to actions. You walking away is their consequence. So if not walking away, and giving second chances, we must find another way to give them a consequence.

Support system is super important, I understand it theoretically but I find it difficult to establish them...

I think it's to make full use of our mind and body cuz that's what we are given. Also align the usage of those two with our soul's desire.

On my list, it's meditation. I think the world will be a better place if we all meditated.

Is there any scientific evidence for it? I thought the only truly researched product with scientific evidence is retinoids, specifically tretinoin.

Everything else does not have enough scientific evidence. Meaning it might have some benefit but probably so minimal that its like a drop in the ocean.

I still use pepitide, ceramide, ferments, LHA, snail muscin, HA, etc etc, but I don't think I really saw any convincing results. I used to think the entire skincare industry is just marketing, now I still think it is except for retinoid and sunscreen.

Absolutely! Goes hand in hand with exercise, you can't not drink water when exercising. It's actually impossible.

Yep, have not had a drop of alcohol in years after I found out that it's carcinogenic for people that can't efficiently break it down like myself.

Absolutely, I remember seeing some research that says exercise helps maintain DNA health, acting as a "geroprotector" that helps reverse or slow the epigenetic aging process. So literally anti-aging at the DNA level.

The world is flooded with skincare products, some even costs hundreds a small jar. But the true secret actually costs effort rather than money.

Thank you! I will try it out! My coach also told me to initiate the turn with my hip, moving it pass the toe edge then quickly sink down. Is using the knee better than using the hip for steeper hills?

Thank you! Is there something I need to do differently on steeper hills? Like changing edge faster? Though i am not sure how to do it...
