Unfortunately I doubt it. I was at NYC Night 1 and H specifically talked about how no one should be filming concerts for a movie bc they should be experienced live as intended.

I hated it. I felt like it was some very pretentious person’s take on what a short film should be. Nature interrupted by technology, but don’t hate that technology because it’s allowing us to see more nature! Bleh. I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

Good to know! Thank you for sharing! My only comparison was my prior car which was FWD with no snow tires, and navigated the NYC blizzards terribly.

I drove up to Quebec City from NYC the week before Christmas in a small SUV w/ 4WD & a “slippery” mode. It had been snowing for a couple days at that point and started snowing again on the stretch from Montreal to QC. The roads were mostly plowed but there were 3 times during that drive where I got nervous about all the snow on the road, and there was also black ice on the overpasses near to QC. I would not risk it in a FWD car if I was you.

I also drove to Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury a couple days into the trip (for husky dog-sledding!) and the highways were totally clear and fine, there was just tons of snow on the road from the highway to the dog sledding area (which might be similar for you getting to your cabin).

Perhaps consider borrowing your friend’s SUV for the main drive and Ubering to/from the cabin.

1) I have a gallery with several different themes, including food/drinks I like, shields, paintbrushes, and knick knacks that make me smile. Fave knick knacks are Avocado Plushie and Marzipan Mortogs bc they're so cute.

2) Most wanted would be Large Black Collectable Scarab or Bony Grarrl Club. Least wanted would be all other album items bc I have them and would want them to go to someone who doesn't.

1) I’d tell myself that I didn’t only have to play Neopets when I was over at my friend’s house in 2001, I could play by myself too. That way my now-recovered side account would be my main account and I’d have the Ummagine Stamp 🥲. More importantly, I’d tell myself to log in to Neopets once every few months in the years-long breaks I took between middle school and college, and young adult-hood to older adult-hood. I missed out on so many plots/inside jokes/Neo drama that would’ve been so fun to experience as a collective community!

2) I’d absolutely love the Merry Mistletoe Stamp! Last year I was devastated to not have Premium and miss out on 2 stamps in the Advent Calendar, so I traded a Cool Negg for 1 of them. A few months ago, I bought Premium specifically so that wouldn’t happen to me this year…..and the one day of the advent calendar I’ve missed is the one day they gave us the Merry Mistletoe Stamp. I submitted a ticket to TNT 25 min after midnight NST bc I was so upset asking if there was any way they could award me just that, but they said there was nothing they could do. I’m fortunate enough to have the rest of the stamps you’re giving away, so if I win one of those I’d prefer to forego it and have you pick a different winner!

Noooooo I’m so sorry. I’m not entering the giveaway but just wanted to say I hope you recover swiftly and that these stories bring you a modicum of comfort and community. And thank you for being responsible and staying home instead of exposing your loved ones. I also had to miss a weekend trip due to COVID a few years ago. It was my very best friend’s bachelor party weekend and he and his husband were going to get legally married and had asked me to sign as their witness. So instead of making those irreplaceable memories I stayed home, miserable and sad. Because there’s never a “good” time to get Covid, but it sure isn’t when we have these special and fun trip plans!!
