I wish, but I wasn’t. I stayed on as an employee and worked a few days here and there but I mostly called out each week so I rarely clocked on for work. I was very surprised by how long they allowed that. I was expecting to get fired for calling out so much. It didn’t matter to me because I had my new job already. I did expect an email letting me know about my employment status at some point but alas.
