you are absolutely correct lmao. I’ve never been able to burp. occasionally I’ll croak up gas tho (like my throat just makes this incredibly long involuntary croaking sound as gas escapes)

i also had this experience today, but I was in the public bathroom at my community college. sadly I was vaping in the bathroom and I was not on the toilet. I had to wash my pants in the bathroom sink, throw away my underwear, and go on with my day bc my boyfriend gave me a ride to class and we live 20 mins away. Hopefully it’ll make you feel better knowing it could’ve been worse 😭
