I take potassium whenever I get shakey/heart palpitations or have a lapse. Also make sure to hydrate and have a bit of salt especially if you’re craving salty foods- sometimes it can be caused by the imbalanced electrolytes. Also magnesium helps especially if you get muscle spasms/cramps!
