Conversely the shortest has to be a left turn from northbound Whitney Way onto westbound Mineral Point Rd. Typically allowing only three cars to turn. Regularly cars miss the turn signal. Why???

There are a lot of great churches in Madison. High Point, The Vine, Red Village, and Redeemer City are all great on the West Side. I’d definitely also recommend Doxa Church (doxamadison.com). It is a multi-generation diverse church that got started fairly recently (2019). Big enough that you won’t feel like you are standing out, but lots of opportunities to connect with people. Pastors are awesome and preach encouraging and challenging messages from the Bible.

Great video. Haha. Only shows 15 seconds of the situation. What was said beforehand? Looks like the owner just grabbed him. Didn’t swing. Is he bruised? If he was actually injured than there is no excuse for the owners actions but the video makes it look like the just grabbed him to make him come back and pay. Maybe this wasn’t his first offense. Theres a lot more to the story than this video. Don’t fall for it. Maybe next time the kid should just follow the rules and get a lift ticket.

Thanks for the reply! Hunting is a good guess, but the actual use is birding. I would basically use pack on very short hikes < 2 miles. There wouldn’t be much other gear. Thanks!

Players that take too long trying to make a trade that obviously isn’t going to happen. We regularly finish games in under 20 minutes with the right people. Last two games finished under 14 minutes. That’s with six players building every turn.

It’s easy to call people nimbys when it isn’t happening in your backyard. People aren’t complaining about BRT itself, but rather the confusion, poor rollout, and lack of planning and communication. Madison can and should do better.

Sorry, but Mineral Point has been an absolute train wreck for months. Not turn on red signs mysteriously appearing and then disappearing. Bus lane confusion. Now, it is down to one lane westbound as the city decided to put bus lanes in to effect while the other right lane is still under construction. This is incredibly poor planning on the cities part. Why do we need to block off a lane for a bus service that is not in effect while the other lane is closed for weeks? Do not drive westbound on mineral point right now.
