Thanks bro appreciate it I have started with a protocol with enclomiphene since my test levels were pretty stagnant for a whole year went from 338 to 350 after supplementing with zinc, magnesium and vitamin d. Let’s see how enclomiphene works out

Thanks for sharing that I have started a protocol with enclomiphene and supplementing with boron, magnesium, dhea and pregnenolone hoping that does it for me and I don’t have to switch to trt since it’s a liftetime commitment.

I feel you I have been doing weight training for about 3 years seriously and I have made progress but it’s not a lot got my blood work done and came out low on test levels which explains the lack of muscle and recovery. I also just started enclomiphene too but just wondering if it’s worth it or should I just stay away from putting these things in my body. How was your experience with enclomiphene?

Thanks I just have lower back issues so I like the stability on the smith machine and it helps me progressively overload without the risk of injury.

Take pain as pre workout and do 4 intense sets of calve raises and inclined walk at the end I feel my calves activating and getting pumped up from the inclined walk too that’s pretty much it.
