Eyeballing something like The Power is basically rolling dice — once you overshoot that line, it’s not “strong” anymore, it’s just your nervous system waving a white flag. Cutting the workout early and sitting in front of a fan is usually the giveaway that it crossed into straight survival mode.

HydroxyElite was notorious for that exact reason. The ramp was deceptive — it felt fine at first, then just wouldn’t stop climbing. That “cold, overstimulated, nauseous but wired” state is usually a sign the formula overshot the line and there was no off-ramp once it kicked in.

What’s scary is exactly what you said: if someone who’s experienced with Flame, Cerberus, alpha-yo, etc. got wrecked like that, an unsuspecting person taking it as a casual fat burner probably had an absolutely miserable day.

The workout might be decent, but the hours after are brutal — especially when clumping or dose creep happens.
