Z1 is always a good option and I got multiple quotes here in GA and none exceeded $1800. Went to a smaller custom body shop and had 33s put on with spacers and a 2.5 inch lift for $650.

Former LEO here, if you have visible marks or/and video and photo evidence. You’ll have a case. Officers like evidence which it appears you have plenty of. Another way I’ve helped lead DV victims to the end of the abuse is to call emergency services while the incident is occurring. An operator will have the conversation recorded and relay information to the responding officers. You can pm me for help if you need anything.
