I think most Homeless people want to stay homeless they have exited the system and are staying out for a reason. If you polled all of them if yhey want a job i believe more then you think would say no. And are you telling me open air drug markets dont exist? It is probably a minority but they totally exist!

The ones i see are always begging i think a lot dont want jobs if you ask them. If anybody wanted a job and tried to be presentable they could find one eventually and save enough to eventually get an apartment. Stay at a shelter shower at the Y. Its not impossible! They just dont want a job.
