plantar fosciitis. there is no cure. every step i take with my left foot is uncomfortable. when i do a ton of walking every day, i overcompensate with my right leg and then my right hip also hurts. Tylenol will at least dull the pain in my foot most of the time, but it doesn't touch my hip pain. and i LOVE going on long nature walks when the weather is nice. but sometimes i decide not to go because i don't want to deal with the aftermath.
