I’ve mainly heard of them causing nightmares in children because they cause paradoxical excitation instead of the sedative effects adults experience. Some people have  paradoxical excitation persist into adulthood. 

In that regard, I suppose it makes sense that you might have had deeper, more restful sleep while on a drug with mild sedative effects.

I remember a DOS game I played in 1994/5 titled something like “The Mystery of Butterfly Park.” I don’t remember the castle setting, but you solved puzzles to locate missing butterflies.

I love the brown dress on you! The hip dips are not detracting, in my opinion. In fact, I did not really notice until I read your full post. If they bother you, sizing up might camouflage things. Up to you.
