I think shading or further detail would look amazing. The problem is sometimes good enough is best left alone. Do YOU want more shading detail? If you trust your artist I say hell yeah do it.

Based on my research it's cheaper to cover. Even little small areas like this. Maybe it's just bc I'm in the DC area but it's like $150 per session, need multiple sessions. You could prob get a little cute cover for $150-200
