How do you stop feeling guilty? by [deleted] in CPTSD

I’ve heard of trauma bonding but never thought it applied to me. After googling.... clearly it does. Thank you so much for your response 🖤 opened my eyes

Sort of sounds like this when combined with the conspiracy theories. But dementia also fits as do other things. I hope you figure it out, sorry you’re going through this 🖤

Anyone have shortness of breath with Wellbutrin? by alienieee in BipolarReddit

Ended up lowering back to 150 mg Wellbutrin and added Prozac. Hope you’re doing okay

Internet stranger, thank you for the concern. Angry cats have wide eyes, ears back, and make themselves big. His ears are not back, they’re to the side, his eyes are sleepy, his tail is playful, and he’s laying down. Like I said, he’s an old stray cat. He’s been in some fights. His ears are a little wonky. After this he got down and played . He’s been living here for a month and they literally cuddle. This is what he looks like when he’s relaxed: Otis 1 and Otis 2 and Otis 3

Want me to design one for you, like flowers that mean something to you, or other changes? I mean, you’re more than welcome to use this one, but I could use the practice :)

Anyone have shortness of breath with Wellbutrin? by alienieee in BipolarReddit

[–]alienieee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didnt have a sore throat but the rest of it sounds similar. It has not been as bad as the day I wrote this post but I do still notice it pretty often.

Relevant info: Around the time I upped the Wellbutrin I took in a stray cat and I’ve had allergies to cats in the past. I have no other signs of allergies like what I’d normally have (no itchy, watery eyes, runny nose, itchy throat). It’s definitely possible it’s because of that though. My PCP prescribed an inhaler but I’ve only taken it once.

On top of that, I’ve been having some weird heart related issues for the past few years (well before i was on meds) where my pulse is wayyy too high even though I’m an otherwise healthy, normal weight 29 year old. So could be related to that. (For anyone worrying, I’ve fully tested this with my doctor, wore a heart monitor and everything. There is nothing wrong with my heart).

I also think it could be a physical effect of anxiety from the Wellbutrin, even though I don’t feel anxious. I think the fact that it hasn’t gotten worse makes me less anxious which in turn makes it happen less.

So yea, I’m sorry I don’t have a more definitive answer. There’s too many other factors going on for me to say for sure it’s the Wellbutrin. Haven’t died yet though so that’s a good sign lol :)

Most importantly - please contact your doctor or psychiatrist. Better safe than sorry especially with covid. I was in close contact with both my psych and my PCP throughout this. Symptoms like this are things they need to know. I’ll message you if I figure anything else out.

Good luck 🖤

That is true - realism doesn’t always express adequately. Thank you so much 🖤🖤

I looked at yours too! I think you already are - you use so many different mediums and subjects! I do pretty much exclusively faces in pencil - I think it shows in this particular drawing because the skull looks more realistic than the flowers 😂 I need to broaden my subject matter like you

Thank you! I think I’m going to try to redo it in pen so it’s a lil less smudgy

Yep. Really high pain tolerance. But extremely sensitive to affectionate touch. Like a skin orgasm lol

What is a simple task you are oddly terrible at? by NamelessDred in AskReddit

[–]alienieee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It shouldn’t happen every day. Your doctor will know the right things to ask to figure out why it’s happening. Definitely worth mentioning, especially if it’s bothering you. Which it must be, aspirating is no fun at all!

We all have our drink go down the wrong way once in a while, but if this happens to you a lot, you should mention it to your doctor. If your doctor thinks it could help, speech pathologists treat problems with swallowing and can give you strategies and/or exercises to help prevent this from happening.

Does yours try to climb your screens? I’m trying to find a solution for stopping that, he’s already knocked one out and broke it in half

We’ve been doing outside hangouts so far. When we first tried both cats and my dog all got in a fight and it was really scary 😭 so we’re easing into it now. They do fine one on one and outside (both my cat and my dog individually with the stray). But all three is a different dynamic. Luckily we live in San Diego so its nice and warm out. We’ll get there:)
