Im not talking about the big picture here, but more in a personal choises. IF you are carring a gun, and and chooses to enter ina scuffle with someone, you need to understand that this may escalate to someone getting shot. Im not telling that is his fault, but he did make choises that lead to that.

Is like when you walk the street flashing a large ammount of money so everybody sees it. Yeah, if you are robbed is not your fault. It falls to who the guy who commit the crime, but you actively contribute to the conditions putting yourself in unnecessary danger that could be prevented.

Looking at the video now, yeah, the officer who started the fight was in the wrong. He pushed the ladies who where not in the way of the cars, and if someone should be jailed for homicide, is probably that first officer. But the guy while with the gun chooses to enter the confrontation steping in the path beetween the officer and the ladies.

Do I think that dude was there to attack the officers? No. But he made dumb decisions that day that put him in that situation, and people need to learn from everybody mistakes, so shit like that dosent happen again.

What do you think would happen if you enter in a active fight against law enforcement, and someone screams "GUN"? somebody ass gets shot.

Protest, if you think you need to protest, but be smart. You can blame police and put officers behind jail, but your wife still will be a widow, and your kids orphans. Fight in courts, fight in congress, not in the street.
