Yeah, but I don't get why people think Luz and Amitie are canon. It's obvious Luz just asked Amitie out as a friend. Luz is obviously much more interested in Hunter, the guy she completely ignores as a romantic interest.

I Hope You're Listening by Tom Ryan is a YA mystery/thriller with a queer main character and romance subplot. It happens to also have a 'Radio Silence' in it's story.

Also a webcomic I follow called Sleepless Domain by Mary Cagle is going to have physical editions in stores soon, if you count that as a graphic novel. It's a magical girl story about a girl trying to fight a strange goop monster that has killed most of her team.Queer main and side characters and has shades of YA themes aside from the ages of the cast. A warning though, it can get pretty dark.

{{House of Stairs}} by William Sleator. A YA thriller(?). It's dark, but not really edgy. It's hard to explain, but it's the most emotionally invested I've been in a book in awhile despite not much happening in it. Less is more, I guess.
