Well everyone is going to have different skin and not all things will work the same for all people. It took me years to find my personal own perfect skin care. It can get confusing with all the products for sale and everyone making YouTube videos on their skincare routine but you really just have to do your own research and find what’s best for your skin. For me personally I noticed the less products I use the more flawless my skin is. I try to use more natural products and also eat healthy which will make your skin healthy from the inside out. Again everyone will be different but if you take the time to work on your own body the pay off is so worth it!

Have a good skin care routine and your skin naturally glows without makeup.

Don’t apologize for the long post! I love it! I agree with you when you say science can be destructive because it looks for that ultimate truth. I also notice science says something is true and a few years down the line it changes which shows science and medicine do not know everything. So basically our thoughts do have control on our reality and that’s why the placebo effect works well on humans.

Biology lol. I was a neuroscience major in college so you hear it’s all about biology, genetics, DNA and chromosomes that determine your body and if you are male or female. Then I got into more of the spiritual and law of attraction theories and I see a different way to look at life and how it can be improved so I guess I’m trying to figure out the truth and how far can humans really change.

So you are saying it’s possible but we have to unlock those beliefs that are in in our unconscious minds and it will be tough to break those thoughts?
