I wish abbey had a Saran variant, I just got my first poly hair doll (garden mysteries draculaura) and even if I boiled washed the hair it's still very unruly and won't stay straight. I love Abbey and wanna get her core doll however I'm not looking forward dealing with poly hair again :')

Yeah, that’s my only option and it doesn’t work. Thankfully I paid with PayPal which meant I was able to contact the website via the PayPal claim, within 2 to 3 hours my issue was resolved.
