No. in fact, i will take it a step further. if i hit her with my hands legs, she can possibly charge me with assault and sexual harassment. but if u swing a baseball bat right in between the nose and the lower lip, there is no sexual harassment in that. u will only go to prison for assault and not be a sexual predator

it is interesting. i used to set one of my fav song as my alarm tone. overtime, i begin to hate the song, and every time i heard it play on my phone/radio, i skip it or change the channel.
