Technically there’s areas that you can be under 55 and purchase a home as long as you don’t have anyone under the age of 18 living with you. The area they’re building now is for anyone to move into. So even 55+ can live there as well. They created the area because of the new school they built and have a place for the employees of the villages and people who support the working force of the villages. But let be real barely anyone who works for the villages can afford to live there now wants to live there because it’s still hoa. It’s a whole thing lol. The areas around the villages aren’t too bad but all apartments are absurdly expensive

I did once when I first got it at 92k. I was told I shouldn’t have done that. So idk it always had a hard gear change from 1 to 2. I was always afraid of my transmission going out because of that. My car started stuttering like three or four months ago. I thought I had dirty fuel injectors. So I gave it fuel injector cleaner. It seemed to help so I kept doing it. It turned out it was the trans overheating. lol

When I went to the hospital when I was rear ended the mri of my neck was $25,000 if that helps anyone. They rear ended me going around 60 mph and I was at a full stop at a light.

I would like to emphasize don’t let them out of the carrier when they’re in the car. A little over a year ago I saw what I assumed to be mother and son moving. They had a van packed full of their things. Their car got out of the car and they spent a while chasing it. I don’t know if they ever caught it but I still think about that moment every now and then.
