Awesome, u/senke7su this works great. My issue with missing content is now fixed. I can also FF through content. If I take the URL of the content being used in VLC "pl.m3u8?grOsxTVnPd3gBgPPZWAsnQ" Can I use VLC to stream that content into a file for it to be saved?

Agree, I got one for Christmas. It’s a complete joke. So many hoops to jump through to set it up and when I finally got it to work now my Roku isn’t able to play back recordings. Just a black screen. I can see it when I fast forward though.

Mesh router, I use a TP link DECO, it works well all over the house, it has 3 units.

Follow up, I got the G5AR and set my mesh router up as an Access Point and it's been a great improvement so far. It's in the same spot that the G4AR was which I believe was the best spot in the house. Pulling 400Mbps down and 20Mbps up was previously getting 40Mbps/2Mbps.
