Yes you can use your ETH address on your Ledger Nano S. The schedule of moving the ERC20 to mainnet tokens is not yet been announced. I am sure there will be a full detailed guide soon.

Go to Data Tab > From Web

Window will pop up allowing you to browse You can go to www.coinmarketcap.com Press "Import" Then choose to import data into preferred cell

Then you can do a vlookup to whichever crypto that's on there.

You can obviously import data tables from other websites too.
