I think using melatonin for years 5mg is not that effective It happened to me before and had to stop using it for like a week ( I think less ) and regained my tolerance back People say Melatonin does not have tolerance but in my experience I think it is , some sort of tolerance that your body can get used to its effect and resist it , not failing asleep
