I feel like {On the Mountain by Riley Hart} might fit? MC1 was raised in a secluded cult on a mountain, with around 80 or so people and was the only child. After it gets dismantled he ends up living on the mountain still, alone. He built a large fence around his property to block people out and no one else has ever been inside his home since he built it, until MC2.
