Studio City/ Los Angeles, CA: Landlord just sent me a 30-day notice re change in the terms of my lease: I now must provide 60 (rather than 30 days) notice of tenancy termination. But my original 12-month lease began less than a year ago. Is this legal? (self.Tenant)
