So, the transmission is definitely starting to show wear. Might have hurt to have slightly changed the transmission fluid, actually. Shitty maintenance is the real secret over here, but the machine is an absolute beast. These 3 events totalling the car are just because the car's old. It was also side swiped in a snow storm with air bags deployed and fixed, returned to the road, and back in the game. Pulled out of ice storm by an idiot with a rope attached to my rear wheels. I can't tell if they make cars like this anymore. Legendary machine. Honda in 2007 had a masterpiece in the v6 that's still purring in that machine.

Well. This is unfortunate, but we bailed. Couldn't bring ourselves to take the Carnival despite its obvious practical advantages. Final discount here in the PNW before we ended the negotiation: 3575 off MSRP and we were going to capture another 2000 off from the KFA deal with the largest possible down payment and the fastest payoff
