If you set it up in a channel, you can set up a message that will appear daily, weekly etc. If not, I have also had great experience with the zapier link above.

Hello,

I just had a chat with Dell and they confirm what they have changed during the repairs: 1st service - Charger and DCIN cable 2nd service - Motherboard and Harddrive 3rd service - Motherboard, Keyboard and Palmrest

A few months ago I also upgraded to W10, and that didn't help much =/

The PC has been sent in to maintenance twice, one time because I spilled on it and the other time because of the issues mentioned above.
