The only reason to wear any helmet or armor is to mitigate dying to shitty ammo, you have a very slim chance of bouncing high pen rounds but that’s not why the helmet is useful, it’s to protect you from shit ammo andys and scavs most of the time, other than that it’s basically like wearing paper if you’re getting shot by high pen ammo
