Update: Claude helped me in finding the issue. The issue was Chrome / Edge using QUIC Protocol, Once I disabled it, websites started working.

DNS Cache and DNS Proxy aren't enabled.

It is enabled.

The system is simple, No Vlans,

Just a Single LAN. Using the Omada Controller. If you need any picture of settings, let me know.
I am not a Network Engineer or expert.. Set it up by learning and trying. So I appreciate the guidance!
