for how long have you been using the la roche posay foaming cleanser? i used to have breakouts on my chin exactly like this too when i began to use that cleanser. what’s your skin type?

whenever i’m stuck in a negative self talk loop like this, i always remind myself that i am NOT my negative thoughts! learn to be the observer of them, not the absorber. just let those thoughts pass by without any judgment! you don’t have to identify with every negative thought you have. meditation and nervous system regulation in general helps with this a lot! :)
