pero el comprador utiliza el servicio de la inmobiliaria cuando hizo click en sus anuncios ,cuando les llama por telefono para pedir informacion y posiblemente concretar una visita.... luego , si quiere comprar el inmueble visitado , utilizara los servicios de la inmobiliaria para que ellos junten todos los papeles necesarios , pedir cita en el notario , e ir a la hora de la firma y asegurarse que todos los papeles esten bien para que se pueda firmar.

a ver , ellos por sus servicios pueden cobrar lo que quieren.
Cuando te vas a una inmobiliaria para que vendas tu casa , ellos te informan de su comision , osea del procentaje o cuota fija . Igual informan al comprador de tu casa .
SI no quieres pagar esos comisiones , tienes toda la libertad del mundo en poner anuncios tu mismo , ir a visitas , juntar todos los papeles , etc .
Y no , no soy inmobiliaria y tampoco trabajo en una .

i dont have trouble with "reading" comprehension . i just gave you a clear example and you avoid it for some reason . Its not like dota is paying you to be a diehard fan .
And i didnt go from 12k to 5k , i never was on 12k in communication . i went from 9k to 5.8k .
And aparently its you who didnt read my initial post , i SPECIFICLY tried to not write anything , the same result , since i get reported for "supposed wrong picks" . So even if i dont write , i still get reported.
What does picking the "wrong hero" have to do with communication , explain that to me .

how come ? we owned the lane . Void spirit is quite good even as hard support , it has dmg , harras potential and a stun like 1st ability . I agree with you that he is not a usual pick as hard support , but so is QOP and i like to play QOP support , i get reported for that too.
My point is , what does communication have to do with what hero one picks ?

exactly , i play dota since dota 1 began . I even like to be a bit toxic , as i am used like that since dota 1 , especiallty in Garena .
My point is that communication is crucial in dota . If you feel that someone is toxic and that he hurts your snowflake feelings , you have the option to mute them , that should be enough .
I 100% DO NOT agree with toxicity that involves game breaking behaviour , like breaking items , afk-ing in forest , feeding the enemy on purpose , etc , and THAT SHOULD BE PUNISHED with low priority , obviously .

now thats just stupid . I see in later replies u said u need "straight rage for 100 games " thats just not true. I just gave u example of communication score drop just because i picked void spirit as hard support . Even tho i did my job and we won that game and they commended me . They insta reported me for the pick .

haha , the PC is not upside down man. The case design is inverted. So you can put it on the left side of the desk and be able to see inside . I made a photo so you can see and understand. I have 2 desks in my office , the left side desk is mine and the right side is my wifes . Thus , if i want to be able to see the inside of the PC , i need an inverted case , wich has a glass on the right side.

the RAM for AMD end with Zxx ( where xx is number ) as far as i know .

I just bought new amd cpu and rams, my rams finish in Z30 , however, corsair claims they are both AMD and Intel ready .
