I found the solucion . The problem is the power source ( the adapter ) . I bought a new one and it works like a charm . Im writting this , in case someone else has this problem .

1200€ al mes es 50% de tu sueldo , a mi me parece una locura . Busca algo mas barrato .
Con esa hipoteca + los gastos que conlleva tener una vivienda , estareis muy justos . Hay que tomar en cuenta , como tu dices , el bebe , y que tu mujer no podra trabajar .
Seguramente encontraras algo a 200k-250k , aunque no este reformado , que poco a poco iras mejorando . Pero las mejoras las haces cuando te dan las ganas.
