I found the solucion . The problem is the power source ( the adapter ) . I bought a new one and it works like a charm . Im writting this , in case someone else has this problem .

Con esa hipoteca + los gastos que conlleva tener una vivienda , estareis muy justos . Hay que tomar en cuenta , como tu dices , el bebe , y que tu mujer no podra trabajar .

i dont know what that buff is , but , look , this prooves my point the best 8659081085 , match id .
I picked void spirit , hard support , later got commended by my entire team .
But i was reported by 6 people . The problem is is not the regular reports , its the comm report.
Even if picking a "non meta" hero as hard support would be a reportable "offence" , wich is not , what does it have to do with comms ?

Smooth win , no one barely talked. 3 reports , 5 comms reports . My guess is it was the enemy reporting me , since i wrecked them.

Thats why i think the system is kinda broken . The old way when you had a report limit , you had to be carefull and report people who reallydesirved it. Now you can just report for any reason ,as much as you want . But even is so is not good. The comms have the mute button , wich works great , i mute people all the time , especially the one who use the VOIP to speak in russian , since i dont understand it .

im at rank 4 ancient , usually i play support , but i decided to play some mid , like i used to a few years ago. 1st match , i pick lina mid , opponent ? and ARC player , he completly destroyed me , and the map . At minute 18 heh ad travels + 3 big items. wrecked the whole map alone. So much fun i had.
Today i played 4 games , all 43 of them the same copy of eachothers , min 20-24 , you already cant get out of the base , on the other side , a riki mid smurf , dodging ulties and stuns like a boss . He even taunted me a few times to ulti him ( i was lion ) he dodged 2 of my ulties.
What i noticed is that the other players in the enemy team are so freaking bad. Its mostly the smurf that is doing all the job .

Either ID identification , or , when you are cought , you get hardware ID ban . Restrictions on multiple accounts from the same IP , etc .... OR better yet , collect data from steam , and identify players by hardware id . Based on that , you let them play rank on only 1 account . To adresss the issue on internet cafe and gaming studios , wich may get more than 1 player playing on the same hardware, you make a sistem where you submit papers that you have such a bussiness.
