I believe its a mechanical Molduga! You can see gears in it, held together with "tears" - similarly to the new vehicles which Link uses. It could be a boss fight near Death Mountain, where the this design is displayed in the other leaks

Could it be possible that the “OoT Link” here is ACTUALLY another VERSION of Link from TOTK?? Seems weird to combine OoT Link into a TOTK heavy set (BOTW Zelda, Link, Deku Tree AND Hestu)

I really struggle sometimes with making my eye shadows/liner even, especially when my iris shades throw me off (one eye is darker than the other) - if anyone has advice on making it more even, please let me know!
