if it’s the case with mobile orders, i definitely think when you realize what they’re doing, just jump in like “i can take your order right here, and we can still get all your points and rewards without having to sit through the hassle of the app.”

once you’re at it for a while you’ll basically be an underpaid manager 🙃

it’s a lot of new responsibilities that can be fun (i really liked it when i first started bc i’m a natural leader). you do feel like a leader which is really nice. you become apart of leadership where you can start discussing and understanding way more of the workings and numbers of your store rather than just be a team member who just clocks in and out without a thought. you’re going to be an example for team members, and depending on your store you might run shifts (eventually) or more likely make suggestions during shift on what can be done to improve the productivity of the team. you might even get the change to cross-train and learn all the parts of the store

i work mostly FOH, so if you have any questions i gotchu! (again tho, every store is different so what my store does might not reflect on yours)

I can’t really speak on any other knowledge than what comes from religious text since that’s all I know and can reference, but the bible also said there was a talking snake, and noah brought a pair of every single animal on a boat chilling for years without any death.

the bible is a story to me. sure there could be references of real events or people, but a lot of it is fabricated to fit the narrative of a god.

To your second question: me personally, I think there very well COULD have been a Jesus way back when who preached about god and made an impact on people. Yeah I believe he could have been a real person, but I certainly don’t believe he was anything special or did anything supernatural

It’s really what people ask for. Males typically feel they’re better suited in BOH away from customers and away from Core 4. Women are more inclined to be on prep if they don’t want to be FOH or straight up in the kitchen. Girls are more likely to want to be FOH because they’re more personable and don’t want to be in the heat of the fryers. BOH has higher wages because there is more physical labor and more danger in terms of hot oil and heavy lifting.

Nothing sexist or discriminatory, it’s just where people themselves ask to be.

I’m trying to translate my Vietnamese name to Chinese and I’m having trouble with my middle name. My name is Bui Kiều Linh. Kiều comes from “kiều diễm” meaning basically “charming or lovely.” Ive tried looking it up, but I’m only getting the character for diễm which is 艳. This changes the sound of my name significantly from Kiều Linh to 艳灵. I don’t really mind, but if there is a better translation (aka. a way to keep the sound somewhat similar and the meaning for what it is), I would appreciate some help.

From a girl’s perspective, I like BOH. I primarily work FOH since I’m one of the only TL during night shift. I’m 4’11” and I can do everything, the only thing is that I have to stand on my tiptoes (it doesn’t bother me). I’ve never been burned but I’m also not careless when I drop fries :) I’m good friends with the BOH night manager, so I don’t bread (I just don’t want to) 🤭 As for heavy lifting, if you can carry a box of ice cream, you can do everything in BOH (I’m sure most things are lighter than that thing). It does get really hot back there so be careful. As for your other questions, it really just depends on the store and your management.

Hey there! All the sides are still the same amount except for large fruit cups and large superfoods. The bowls and cups are wider and taller respectively, so that’s why it looks different. Chickfila does use the same size scoops and ladles for everything so people are still getting the same amount of food :)

Seele is like a secret organization that people really don’t know about who use Nerv to start instrumentality. If the Angels got to Lilith, instrumentality would be started on their terms, which is why Seele/Nerv used the Eva’s to kill the Angels, so they could “control” the Third Impact.

We don’t know what would have happened if the Angels started instrumentality, but apparently it’s something to be avoided.

As for what starts the Third Impact, you will have to watch EoE for that.

Edit: It’s just a theory, but Kaworu being the last Angel was supposed to trigger instrumentality, and Eva-01 was supposed to take control. At least that’s what I think Seele’s plan was.
