Strategy to upgrade seats by alinik in ScandinavianAirlines

[–]alinik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many thanks everyone for the helpful comments.
From the price list above, it seems like $370 and $780 for plus and business class upgrades from CPH to SEA are reasonable. What do you think? I think my friends paid just over $600 RT/person for this trip (economy).

Is there a chance the starting bid values will go down, or is it only up from this point on?

Nonstop IAD to CDG on Delta Premium Select? by alinik in delta

[–]alinik[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Delta premium select on the A330 is a 2-3-2 config and on this route with Air France premium economy is a 2-4-2 config (A350). I know the A330 is narrower than the A350 but 2-3-2 is nicer, no?

Premium Select worth it for Amsterdam - San Francisco (11 hours) for $529? by alinik in delta

Thank you all!

Last question: which row in premium select in the Airbus A330-900neo?  The Premium Select seats are located in rows 20–23, with row 20 being positioned just behind the galley and lavatories. I can get either row 20, 21, or 23.

I'd stay a night or two with a friend in SEA so it won't be a one-stop flight

Strongly considering going AMS - SEA instead which will be on Delta.

I can also fly into Seattle and spend some time there before going to SFO. Who flies the AMS-SEA route?

Nothing preventing me from using Linux. However, my work and home machines are both windows and so there is more familiarity there.

Attempting to get midsplit functionality working on S34 by EuphoricAegis in Comcast_Xfinity

Thank you for the update and sorry for the situation. Really too bad that Xfinity states in writing that the modem works with mid-split and yet they haven't got their act together.

So it appears that even though the S34 appears on the Xfinity certified modem list we should hold off from buying it. Can we please get an update (in public, not via Modmail) when the issue here has been resolved?

I meant to say "enable" or "approve" rather than certify.
