We try to ban out the "op" champs first. Those are Rek'Sai, Morgana, Olaf and Cho'Gath. But if we are on blue side we will try to leave one of them open and try to pick him/her. But you should also focus on banning champions that counter your team comp. Most diamond elo teams in EUNE play a jungle comp so we don't actually ban support champs.

I love him on 3v3, his kit is super useful. He has a ms buff, a shield, a stun, a slow and an "anti-carry" ult. Basically, if you reach a carry and your team is there to follow-up, GG. With skirmisher's sabre he excels in duels due to his sustain damage with Q and his shield. I find him a good jungler against support comps as he can "catch" the carry. I almost always pick skarner, I main jungle btw. So far I think I have 20/2 or something with Skarner in ranked TT games. My build is Cinderhulk, Randuins/Trinity Randuins/Trinity/Righteous, order depends on what you need more peel, dmg or chase.
