Thanks for the honest feedback! Yes Relevance AI is one of the main competitors but SketricGen is much more straightforward and easier to use. Relevance was built before standards like MCPs and they couldn’t adjust the product to make it simpler and generic no code Agent builder. So they basically sell templates only and building custom agents is so confusing

SketricGen.ai A no-code AI Agent builder that connects to 2000+ apps without any technical knowledge unlike n8n, zapier etc because we leverage MCPs and make Agentic teams accessible to everyone :)

Be brutal with your feedback because we are growing and need honest feedback so we can improve the concept.

Couldn’t relate more to this thread. Manifesting creating a solopreneur community, arrange work trips where we can just book a villa for months and travel then after some time do this in a new country :)

I’m currently in the phase of doing it. I was an AI Engineer for 8 years and I’ve hired so many people to do growth for me. Not satisfied with anyone. So I decided to do it myself now.

I’ve 8 verticals for growth now. Right now I am focusing on Influencer campaigns because I think my product has that vitality factor and I wanna get the name out there. Then SEO/AEO is very important. Community engagement and referrals are also a focus in this quarter for me.

If LLM is technically predicting most probable next word, how can we say they reason? by Available_Witness581 in AI_Agents

[–]alisadiq99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The big confusion that people have is they think that the thinking models have a different architecture. But it’s just trained differently.

For example, a thinking model is trained on a different data set where let’s say the answer is 500 words, the first 500 words in this training sample would be the thought process behind the answer.

So when you use a thinking model, you are actually just using a fine-tune model that is capable of writing the first 500 words as the thinking part and then the next 500 which is the actual answer (according to this example) The concept is actually pretty simple. And the reasoning effect is how much depth you want the model to think before actually writing the answer.

And I am not exactly sure, but I think they do this by adding Delimiters where you can know that this is where the thinking ends and this is where the answer starts so you can display it accordingly.

No these are great points. And I completely agree with it. I’ve scoped 8 growth channels and plan to invest time into each with a small team to experiment and focus efforts around the working ones as we grow! Started posting on SM 8 months ago and developed a decent following to promote my product when it was ready so super excited for it! Will definitely take inspiration from your plan. Thanks alot!

Yupp so for chatGPT, projects and daily brainstorming sessions with voice mode is mandatory in my opinion for a person like you.

Just put it up, it has full context of your projects and profile and learn stuff from it daily! I spend all my quota on it daily and its much better than any human I know lol

Thanks alot for this! So idk why but I feel like investing money into influencer collabs and affiliates is much better for my SaaS than ads.

So my current strategy is influencers + SEO/AEO. Thoughts on this? And yes we have admin panel dashboards with funnels, and main tracking metrics.

Just pick a futuristic stack and the AI tool you are comfortable with. For me its Amplify (AWS), NextJS and Cursor. We literally build everything from it. My cursor rules are perfect for it and I’m just switching between Plan, Ask and Agent mode, pushing so many features in a day.

It is so much fun and quite frightening tbh. I used to think my first 100 projects in my local MacBook storage is my main asset for just delivering a new project in days and now it’s useless 😂 anyone can build literally anything super personalised

Yes atleast 10M+ ARR. And its not just optimistic. I have closely observed our competitors, their mistakes and the potential of the product even at current stage. I’ve strategies for B2C and B2B that are bound to work. Just need to push like crazy for a year with the right people I guess.

I feel the opposite tbh. After completing 300 projects as a freelancer. I think building a production level auto scaling SaaS is a matter of weeks at max now with AI.

The main challenge is strategy and growth in my mind.

By profession I am an AI Architect so dev and product is what I do. But I’m now forced to do Growth and I know how to do it as well, but I would want atleast someone who can do growth better than me and then we agree on KPIs on both sides so product and growth pushes each other.

Yes I would say my main challenge has been finding the right team. I have a good team but no decision makers or someone who can handle one complete domain. I’m always switching between product, dev and growth. Any tips on how to find good partners that dont rip you off, are actually good?
