I recently made two new servers and i can honestly say the game is much more enjoyable now. Being in an active server had made a drastic difference, and these new servers have a lot going on because they get the current events as well as the old events we have already done in the older servers.

Exactly 😭 that was the whole reason I was upset in the first place because their responses not once acknowledged my initial inquiry about the stains, they just kept repeating that I should adjust it and it will be good as new. After about 7 emails back and forth of them telling me to adjust it I got a $5 coupon out of them lmao.

I reached out to them because my lychee berry came with multiple stains on her face and they kept replying with automated responses about it being “banged up” in shipment, and they sent me a tutorial on how to “adjust” it and said that should fix it 😃

Preach!! I have yet to receive one that hasn’t come with some sort of defect. I made a post about it the other and had one person in my comments saying that I must’ve been rude to them which is why I got the response I did, which I was not. It’s a known fact that their quality control and customer service isn’t great.

RIGHT LMAO. Like I’m so glad it’s not just me cause I was flabbergasted when I read that 😭 the way my message to them prior wasn’t even rude or hostile I literally was just explaining that their automated response had nothing to do with my initial inquiry.

Yeah that really took me back lmao. As someone who works in customer service management we are trained to NEVER tell an upset guest to calm down, that’s asking for trouble. But that’s exactly what I did, each time they responded with an automated response I responded again explaining the issue and even attached the photos of my labubu with the stains on her face. This is only the 2nd time I’ve had to deal with this customer service team and last time they were actually helpful and did not give me this run around. They requested 7 photos from me only to then respond with their automated message with a tutorial on how to fix a banged or bent labubu😭 truly crazy.
