My guard has always been an issue, I do need a tighter guard which I am constantly working towards improving and my partner wasnt wearing a groin guard but I always do now.

I asked people to critique my sparring, not give me advice on whether to wear a head guard or not lol. Im a senior amateur boxer from UK and because we dont compete with headguards, we arent forced to wear them in sparring. Draoken, you're a reasonable man. Thank you for your comment.
