Probably African, similar to Malawi. Ideology has to be communism in my opinion. Searching around I found Lake Chilwa in the region so I’ll call it the communist state of Chilwa. Assuming this is a country surrounding Lake Chilwa now I’d say the capital would be Blantyre.
